Accommodation charges
All prices stated are per person and apply to all age groups. Please note that Number 63 is not suitable for children under the age of five. Please inform us if you would like to include a child over the age of five in your booking. We ask that children aged between five and ten share a twin-bedded room or the Family room with an adult accompanying them. There will be no reduction of the per person charge for children.
All rates include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices for any reason up to the date of booking or up to 12 weeks prior to arrival, whichever is the later. After such dates, prices will only be altered to reflect a change in the rate of VAT or local service charge and taxes or for any other reason outside the control of the hotel. The new charges will be forthwith notified to the guest and the guest may only cancel their booking without cost if the reason for the change in pricing is an external event outside the control of the hotel.
Payment
20% of the total bill for all reservations will be taken in advance on line on booking or by phone. The remaining 80% will be taken on check in and any additional charges incurred will be charged on check out. We do not accept American Express cards or Diners Club cards. Only one discount or special offer may be used per booking as a reduction from full prices.
All bookings are subject to availability.
We will try as far as possible to satisfy any requests by guests for specific rooms but it should be appreciated that as a very small establishment with only 16 rooms it might not be possible to accommodate all such requests.
